Free Will.
GOD has given mankind Free Will, but man took the wrong decision in exercising the freedom, thus, evil exists.
Mc Farland IA, a Scholar argues “Evil is that which is against GOD’s will, it serves to make it clear that GOD’s attitude towards evil is always to oppose and condemn it.” Which is what He did on the Cross, condemned evil, demolished evil, destroyed evil, and Satan’s plans are declared Null and Void in our lives. We now belong to Jesus Christ.
Free Will enables mankind to differentiate what is good and evil, as individuals, we are to follow the right path because the world we live in is full of temptations, and without Jesus, the flesh is weak, so the Scriptures advices us to “walk in the Spirit, and we shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” (Galatians 5:16).
Please be led by the Spirit, because “the flesh lusts against the spirit, and the spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. Be led by the Spirit.” (Galatians 5:17-18)
Brothers and sisters, please pray for the Lord to bless you with the fruits of the Spirit; which are love, joy, peace, longsuffering, (patience) kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control because those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. (Galatians 5:22-25).
The book of Psalm 4:4 confirms, “Be angry and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed and be still.” “Pour out your heart before the Lord.” (Psalm 62:8). ForHe cares, so trust in Him, He will listen, for GOD is our Father.
